International Shipping Terms (Revised 2/28/2007)

Rokland LLC ships to the 50 US States and US territories including Guam and Puerto Rico. Rokland also ships many items to the following countries in accordance with applicable US laws and treaties: Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Japan, Holland and the Netherlands, South Africa, Singapore, Sweden, and Switzerland. If your country is not listed here that means we do not ship most items to your country. However you may still inquire about a specific item and we can confirm for you whether or not we can send to your country.

The following terms apply to our international customers. Please review them in their entirety before making a purchase. By bidding on a Rokland auction or purchasing an item from Rokland LLC, you are agreeing to these terms.

·  For international payments we accept PayPal for most transactions, and international money order. We reserve the right to deny any PayPal payments that come from users with zero feedback, a low feedback score, or feedback comments from other eBay members that indicate a past payment problem. If your paypal payment is refunded to you, you will not be further obligated to the transaction and you will not receive a nonpayment strike. Rokland will not be obligated to complete the transaction either. If sending money order, the money order must be in US dollars and must be payable through a US bank. A money order is payable through a US bank ONLY if it has the name of a US bank marked on it. Western Union money orders are advisable. We do not accept foreign checks or money orders. Our bank cannot deposit them so they will be returned to sender and the auction will be considered unpaid.

·  If you select "buy it now" on an auction and the destination country is not in the above country list, and we are not able to ship to your country, in order to recover our eBay fees for the transaction we will request them from you, and if you are unwilling to reimburse us for the lost eBay fees we will file a nonpayment strike on eBay which is a requirement of eBay to get the eBay final value fee refunded.

·  Proof of shipment- Rokland ships overseas only via trackable and insured methods from the United States Postal Service and, upon request, UPS. While cheaper methods may be available at the US Postal web site, we are not able to ship via some methods since they cannot be insured. Therefore it is essential that all customers outside the US contact us for a shipping quote before bidding. If you are an auction winner and change your mind because the shipping charge was higher than you expected as you did not contact us for a rate quote before bidding, we will request reimbursal from you for our eBay fees, and if you are unwilling to reimburse us for the lost eBay fees we will file a nonpayment strike on eBay which is a requirement of eBay to get the eBay final value fee refunded. If your shipment is lost (has not arrived within 30 mailing days of the shipping date), Rokland will file an insurance claim on your behalf. While insurance claims can take 30-60 days to complete, once you have completed the necessary paperwork and emailed it back to us, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement- you will not be required to wait the full 30-60 day processing period before a resolution is offered. Please note that the US Postal Service only insures goods for their purchase value- the cost of shipping cannot be insured and is not refunded by the US Post Office when a shipment is lost or damaged. Therefore, insurance claims will be in the amount of the purchase price only, and any shipping charges paid are not refundable or collectable by the customer. Attempting to recover the shipping charge on a lost shipment is a direct violation of this agreement. By purchasing or bidding on an item from Rokland LLC, you hereby waive your right to seek reversal or otherwise dispute a payment made for a shipment that has been lost or held at customs, unless we have not resolved your insurance claim by 45 days from the date of shipment.

·  Customs duties- many countries charge their citizens customs duties (taxes) on items imported into their country. These charges are based on the value amount of the item(s) that we are required by US law to declare on a customs form before shipping the item. The value marked will be the final auction price and will not include shipping. Under US law we are unable to mark a smaller amount or to declare the item a gift, sample, or anything other than merchandise. It is the responsibility of the buyer to find out the applicable customs fees ahead of time- Rokland is not responsible for fees charged by your government, nor do we have a table of the fees that may be charged for each country.

·  Returns- in the event an item is not as described or is determined defective, the customer may return the item for a refund of the item price or for an exchange. Shipping, including return shipping, is not refundable unless we shipped the wrong item by mistake (i.e. you bought a wireless card and we sent a memory stick). Buyers should take this into consideration before purchasing. If you request a replacement, we will pay to ship the replacement to you via standard mail service.
