The customizable Database menu contains easy links to the information you need most. Access your order, customer, product, and inventory data from one location, all with graphics and icons customized for your business! You can use our pre-designed logos and icons, or you can submit your own to be included in the database! On each separate menu page you can select as many or as few menu hotlinks as you want. Add a new order with the click of a button. Browse current orders, print invoices, or view sales reports. Lotus Software* makes it possible. Rokland will customize it to give it the look and feel of your business. This is a sample screen- yours can look ANYWAY you choose! Here's a clip from the Product section of the Database. Here you can keep information about each product you sell, including information about the supplier. When you set up your inventory, you can even add a picture of each item to the item page. The added inventory feature lets you know when it is time to order more.
